EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The change management considers the factors that assist in the enabling of the improvement in
the overall performance of the company by incorporating certain changes within the given
organization. The following report attempted a discussion on the change management
approaches undertaken by the CEO of Lakeland Wonders, Cheryl Hailstrom. The report
attempted an addressal of the issues that have been highlighted in the case study based on
Lakeland Wonders. The report further proceeded to identify the highlighted gaps. The report
finally concluded with the suggestions that might help the concerned organization to overcome
the issues that Lakeland Wonders has been facing.
