Within this situation Manager cangive order for improving the performance of the employees and can review their daily or weeklyreports. Also, there is another situation where employees sales are very low, it is the role ofleader to create such an environment which will increase the sale of the employees. It is thefunction of manager to assign sales targets to employees and provide guidelines how thesetargets are to be achieved (Functions of Managers, 2019).
