Management operation are such activity which is used in respect of managing, designing
and controlling the process which is used by company in producing the goods and services. In
case of matters related to Aldi, company uses various operational management techniques to
motivate employees to achieve targets. The techniques are related to firstly the Total quality
management (Pontone and et.al, 2015). In this, managers carry the responsibility to improve the
overall activity of the company and also guide leaders to work according to the instruction which
are guided to them. Through this perspective it helps the leaders to have the clear vision and
mission and also they can motivate the employee to drive according to the set objectives.
The other technique such as Six sigma also work in respect of providing the more quality
work. Through this techniques it reduces the defects and minimizes the cost which is to be
incurred in producing the particular products. In the case of Aldi, the managers had to play the
vital role in respect of making different strategies to improve and control the expenses which is
incurred at the time of producing the goods (Sperduti, Makowski and Piolino, 2016). Then
accordingly the instruction are given to managers to use it in appropriate way.
The another techniques which is used by Aldi is in respect of lean production, in this they
cut off its waste by bringing more quality work in the premises. This techniques is majorly
played by managers and also the power is in hands of managers to use it in better way. As the
quality of the products is maintained by the managers and further it is guided to leaders to follow
it in accurate way.

In respect of Aldi , the major importance of operation management are in respect of
managing the overall activity by making profits and increasing customer satisfaction at high
level. Through managing the operation, it resulting in increasing the shareholders interest
towards such products which result in producing more products in company (Doménech-Carbó
and et.al., 2019). The value which is to be added in business objectives through better use of
operation management resulting in providing quality inputs and outputs services. The input
services in Aldi is resulting to labour forces, raw materials and capital invested and the output
services are resulting to the finished goods and services which is ready to reach to customers.

motivate their employees towards the company working style. In case of Aldi, by choosing the
CSR concept, it helps the leaders to choose the best techniques to motivate employees. As team
management is the most important techniques which is used by managers to teach their workers
to commit task within stipulated time (Ulutaş Duman, Giritli and McDermott, 2016). Through
the concept of CSR, it helps employees to work as a team and also it bring more positive impact
to environment. As by conducting CSR activity, it motivate employees to know more about the
company and also they can easily communicate with their leaders and managers if they face any
issue in work premise. Employees are from different culture thus they had different techniques to
accomplish such task which result in bringing different management style to commit such work.
