INTRODUCTIONManagement operations refers to a very important function of business which haveresponsibility to manage all the activities and processes in appropriate manner. This includesvarious aspects such as planning, organising, directing, coordinating and controlling of all kindof tangible or intangible resources(Tayur, Ganeshan and Magazine, 2012). Systematic andoptimum utilisation of available sources should be done to achieve desired goals or objectives.This report is based on two organisations in which roles of leader and manager to attain goals bymaking decision in respect of Wiseman Group. It will also discussed about various approachesof leadership and impact of business environment regarding to Hyundai company. Themanagement structure of any organisation can be flexible and prepared as per nature orobjectives of the same.TASK 1 P1 Roles of leader and characteristic of managerThe organisation of Wiseman group have very much skilled and well qualified leaders aswell as mangers to direct the activities or tasks in correct way properly to achieve expectedgoals. Leader:- A person having tendency of praising success and drive people to understandabout strategies to achieve objectives. They create new unique or innovative technology orpolicies to execute the plan more properly for getting effective targets. Leader always have thatability to bear risk ion implementing various kind of new aspects to attain the personal as well asprofessional growth of career.Manager:- A person who have to play roles and responsibilities of planning, leading,organising and controlling to conduct any kind tasks or processes(Ashford, Coutu and Beasley,2013). Managerial duties refers to formal part of job description so that sub-ordinates will follow

particular designation properly. They have responsibility of performing their actions as well asteam member's performance. Roles of manager Ability to execute vision:- They have an ability to prepare strategic mission or visions ofcompany and distribute their sub parts of that plan into subordinates. The Wisemancompany need to appoint such managers who allocate the tasks to employees as per theirfield of expertise.As per case study, the person he states that he get irritated by workbecause he don't have have any clear vision which impacts negatively in execution.Ability to direct:- Manager have ability to record the outputs ion daily basis to completethem(Ham, Hitomi and Yoshida, 2012). Managers of Wiseman group have to work on tofulfil regular outputs to complete the vision of organisation more effectively to get betterprofits. As per case study, the person is not happy and get frustrated by team emberswhich impacts in appropriate to direct people in right way to perform.Process management:- They have a task to set all the processes and standards ofperformance with operating procedures. This is important to conduct all aspects of thefirm to get better benefits.As per case study, the person have don't have healthcommunication and relation with its his team members and that is very important forconduct proper management in company.People focussed:- They have to take care of their team member's by completing needs ofemployees. As they are responsible for listening to them, fulfil reasonable or genuinerequests and involving them into into several basic decisions.The person in case study isnot communicate with colleagues and do not get involved with them in any project. Andit is necessary to become people focussed so that they obey and follow your instructions.Roles of leader Vision:- They have that special ability to create new visions to encourage growth of bothpersonal and professional careers. Honesty and integrity:- They have trust factor amongst their people and always works assupport to its team members.Inspiration and communication:- They have their town unique ideas to fulfil targetswhich inspires people to follow them. Leader tries to discuss things with sub-ordinatesand ask for queries or suggestions.
