INTRODUCTION
Organization behavior is considered as the study of both individuals and group
performance as well as activity within an entity. It is also considered as a systematic study
regarding application of knowledge about how groups and individuals act in an entity where they
work. It focuses on the behavior of the people within their organizational roles. The study
focuses on human behavior within workplace as well as also determines its effects on
performance, Job structure, motivation, communication and leadership. Present Report focuses
on selected model of leadership as well as management behavior within terms of their
effectiveness and performance and also focuses on some examples related to it. Furthermore,
Report also focuses on team working theories in order to improves the management skills of
people.
MAIN BODY
By using selected models of management behaviour and leaderships
Hotel behaviour reflects the behaviour of staff members and existing consumers all
together, it is considered as field study not just a discipline. Different management and
leadership models are considered as important aspect for identifying suitable goal or objective by
working with human resources (König, Graf-Vlachy and Little, 2020). Damon Dene hotel,
general Manager can include managerial values in context of performance effectiveness,
operational efficiency and sustainable innovation. This will help for improving the entire
business operation and function in proper manner.
Leadership and management behaviour can be defined as guidance that suggest the specific
behaviour to use in specific environment or situation (Campagna, Eisenkraft and Pery, 2019). In
additional, it often use a graphic representation to represent the essential leadership behaviour.
There are different type of management behaviour models and leaderships, which always
supporting for general manager to manager or control the particular situation or condition
effectively.

As per selecting the situational model by “Wayne” as general manager in Damson Dene hotel.
The situation model is applicable in leadership when “Wayne” performing the significant duties
in the hotel (Durst, Hinteregger and Zieba, 2019). Typically, situation model can be categorised
into different two ways: Supervision and arousal require to provide the direction of other staff
members within specific situation.
Supervision: Wayne Bartholomew (general manager) will use this situation leadership
approach to interact with other employee regarding business operation and function. In Damson
Dene hotel, manager will perform the different tasks to determine the level of employee’s skills
and knowledge (Dăneci-Pătrău, 2019). This is primary goal of Wayne to eliminate the
misconnection between staff members. Typically, Wayne can be identified the certain issues so
that requires to give a proper direction in particular situation. This is reason why Wayne use
situation model to promote the awareness among staff members within hotel.
Arousal (Supporting): Wayne as general manager can be determined the specific level of
knowledge, skill of staff members. it is always supporting the other stakeholders to improve their
performance within task management (Maqbool and Akhtar, 2020). At certain level, Wayne can
motivate or inspire the staff members to use innovative idea in business. However, there are too
much over or under stimulate behaviour of client. In this way, it can be understand that Wayne as
General Manager focus on the cognitive tasks as lower arousal required as over-simulation
which may occur.
Deming cycle/ Model of Management
It is one of the most useful management model that mainly used by Wayne (general
manager) in order to increase the production and sales of hotel in global marketplace. When
general manager can use Deming cycle model for including plan, do, check and act of different
parameters (Nyberg, Cragun and Schepker, 2020). It help for Wayne to check out the big project
in manageable sub deadline in proper manner. It may support for improving the behaviour of
other staff members towards particular task within Damson dene hotel (Gravina and et.al., 2018).
