INTRODUCTION
Management is identify as an effective process which involve planning, staffing,
organizing, controlling and directing human efforts in order to accomplish stated objectives and
goals in an organisation (Operations Management, 2014). Organisational behaviour is define as a
study of human attitudes, performance and behaviour in enterprise. This report is based on G K
travel service located in Bradford on Manningham lane. This assignment include three elements
which are cover reflective diary on work related experience, feedback form and identification of
issues within the enterprise which is affected by various people.
Element 1
Reflective Diary on work based Experience
Dairy on my work based experience is based on 14 days. These are identify my
experience and knowledge in the G K travel service related to my work (Bissell and Dolan,
2012). These are determine as below:
Days Experience
Day 1: In First day of my in the G K travel service
organisation is very boring because there is not
attraction with other staff members.
Day 2: In second day experience in the organisation is
good as compared to first day because in
during the day I work with full dedication. So
that I am full busy in this day.
Day 3: In third day, my Mentor allot work for me and
give deadline for complete this. So that I
observe the management skill of managers and
other team member.
Day 4: In during day 4, I am increase of management
skill which is good for me and business to
increase personal and organisational goals.

Dairy on my work based experience is based on 14 days. These are identify my
experience and knowledge in the G K travel service related to my work (Bissell and Dolan,
2012). These are determine as below:

Day 1: In First day of my in the G K travel service
organisation is very boring because there is not

Day 2: In second day experience in the organisation is

level. In order to overcome this, I will join
training and learning secession which help to
maintain all work and activity easily.

responsibility because managers of the
company is not come and all duties are
assigned me to motivate other staff members in
order to increase sales and revenues of the
company.

decrease my confidence level. So in this I
should try to leave this company and join other
industry.

members are provide gifts, cards for me. I

the aim of increasing my skills and knowledge on particular matter. But there are one of the main
problem is management style which is overcome with the use management theory. Autocratic is
one of the main issue related to management style (Chiboiwa, Chipunza and Samuel, 2011). It
plays an essential role and duty in the business environment in which manger often create a
management style in order to run their business operations and mange employees effectively.
This style relies on an individual to make better decisions in an enterprise. But in G K travel
service Ltd., management style create a issue on personal and organisational issues in a negative
manner. In this manager makes an effective decisions bilaterally, and without respect for even
the most experienced and talented subordinates (ARI, 2010). In this style, manager only make
decision, they never involve their employees in this so that confidence level of the workforce is
automatically decreased. There are different issues related to the Autocratic management styles
which are determined as below:

impacted in different way like to chosen travel services.
Effected by employees: Autocratic management style is also impact on the employees in
way to gain more knowledge and skill. It is highly effect on the employees motivation which
result is lower productivity and profitability. It also effect on accomplishing predetermined
objectives of themselves.
Impacted by myself: Autocratic management style is also reduce my confidence and
performance level in negative manner (Dobrow, 2013). In this I has no right to make any kind of
decision related to achievement of personal and professional goal.
