3 Managerial Process 3.1 Management objectives and priorities Management Philosophy is the term that delivers an environment with productive employees. The management philosophy in ABC Ltd. Company is useful to achieve the goals and objectives of the company and also to gain the productivity in the employees by managing the conflicts, keeping the morale of their employees high, by enhancing the motivation and encouragement in low performance profiles and also by rewarding the best performers of the organisation. The management philosophy is systematic format of rules and beliefs used by the manager of the ABC Ltd. To assist them in decisions related to the effective management of the employees,andcompany'sresourcestogainhighproductivityandprofitability.The management philosophy is useful to company as it provides the employees with sense of motivation and gives a cohesive direction to the company. Using the different sets of management philosophy the aim of the ABC Ltd. Is to gain the high flexible working environment. The high flexible working environment for the employee's is the strategic objective of the company as through this company can increase performance the employees, the company can easily achieve their organisational goals and objectives. This will also improve the company's quality and quantity of work thereby providing the company with productivity and profitability. In order to gain high flexible working environment in the ABC Ltd. The manager of the company uses “The Human Relations Theory by Elton Mayo”. This management philosophy in organisation is made for the people to increase collaboration between each other and also to create positive employee relation between them. This philosophy is beneficial for the whole company and also through this employees are retained. As in an organisation everyone has there own expectation, behaviours and needs therefore, having a flexible organisation is necessary to order to facilitate the communication between high authority and employees. This the clinical approach of the management philosophy in order to understand the concept of human relations in the ABC Ltd. The theory addressed that for the better performance of the employeesat workplace it is important to acknowledge the people's preferences, expectations, and attitude. This theory helps the ABC Ltd. To implement effective and positive human relations in employees through coordinating process, job satisfaction, communication, collecting feedbacks, identification of unique needs etc. 1
The theory is also effective in resolving the conflicts as resolution of conflicts is important part of the flexible working in ABC Ltd. Conflict management is an effective management philosophy that helps an organisation to mitigate and avoid the conflicts or clashes between the management and employees. Organisational conflictsis basically a clash or misunderstanding between the human interaction which is later perceived as a conflict. Using the different methods and management theory the organisational conflict arise in the ABC Ltd. are resolved to foster the open communication and also to increase the productivity. Using the conflict management theory conflicts can be identified and can also be fairly and sensibly handled in order to transform them into productive conflicts. This practice provides ABC Ltd. An approach which is the opportunity to build effective relation between employees an also to improve current immersed situation. There are different ways to resolve the conflicts between the employees and also the interpersonal problems but the best way to handle them are to set a platform for the collaborative discussion where both the parties should communicate and collaborate in polite manner. After this the clarification of the situation is important tin order to encourage positive communication between the two parties. Then solution of the problem and conflict should be discussed using mediator in order negotiate or compromise for the healthy relations. 3.2 Assumptions, Dependencies and Constraints Assumptions It is assumed that the project of developing new product in ABC Ltd. is to gain sustainability and also to gain competitive advantage. There is another assumption that project is suitable to increase the brand recognition and also this has capability to meet the customer's expectation. The project is assumed to be development project of the ABC Ltd. As the company is planning for development and growth. It is assumed that project is helpful to bring innovation and also there is full compliance of latest technology in order to complete the project. Also the project is assumed to provide the high revenue and profitability to ABC Ltd. Dependencies The project highly depends on the external inputs in order to accomplish it successfully. The project will require the following external factors: Technology is the most important external input for the project of the AMC Ltd. As the with the advancement of the technology it very important for organisations to meet technology demands. 2

Staffing:the staffing refers to the allocation of man power which is essential for the project top be completed under the high performance workers. Therefore, the hiring of eligible candidates for the project completion is vital for the effective operation of the project. Availability:this refers to the time as time restrictions are highly essential to save cost, manpower efforts and also to meet the project at time will help in gaining timely advantages associated with the project completion. 3
