INTRODUCTION
Globex corporation was established in year 2013 when two large firms Riverina precision
farming and BT & sons farming equipment merged together. Globex corporation has been
headquartered at riverina region of New south Wales and also been located at three other regions
that is Albury, Griffith and Wagga. The company has also established their new office at orange
in order to provide efficient services in the central West and meet the demands of various Stud
farms in the area. Globex corporation is coming up with new online cash marketplace platform-
with assistance of I- crop ( Hwang, Zhao & Toh, 2014).
Present reports highlights measurable organisational value and identifies the desire area
of impact on customer after developing of website. Assignment discusses about range and
represents a scope management plan. It discusses about the time frame for achieving MOV.

Measurable organisational value (MOV) can be termed as overall objective of project and
plan through which companies success is measured. MOV is mainly used to provide the real

involved with project delivery. Risk Management plan is another important part in which
manager identifies and evaluate all the constraints. Project manager have to prepare plan to cut
