different sub-contractors in the projects assists an

In this relation, I believe that the inclusion of the contractors
and the sub-contractors in the organizational operations assist
an organization in enhancing the process flow and the
performance of the same. On the other hand, I believe that the
active involvement of the contractors in the processes
supports an organization in distributing the risks evenly. The
even distribution of the risks assists an organization in
ensuring the minimization of the resource cost and the
effectiveness of the operations. The developments that are
undertaken by the organizations are based on efficient links
between the contractors and the managers. The collaborative
functioning of the contractors with the project managers assist
an organization in enhancing the process flow for every

the session, I discovered that, the suitable utilization of the
DMS assist an organization in controlling and securing the
case sensitive information from being compromised. The
effective functioning of the DMS assist a organization in
making the concerned stakeholders aware of the different
processes that might be undertaken by the same in adherence
to the objectives of the project. The specifications that are
designed by the organizations assist the same in developing a
suitable knowledge base in the workforce for supporting the
activities of the stakeholders in complex project designs. The

session, I realized that the different issues that are faced by
the enterprises are mitigated through communication and
assessment of the risks that might be faced by the
organizsations. The different changes that are initiated by the
organizations are dependent on the assessment of the issues

Monitoring the performance of an organization and building
suitable communication between the different departments
assist an organization in developing the line of operations. I
believe that the different processes that are designed by the
