INTRODUCTION Management practices refers to the method of working with innovation that managers uses in order to improve the effectiveness of work system. With the effectiveness of its role, many students are looking forward their career in management field. Master in Business administration is considered to be one of the most prestigious in the world. It makes a student effectively apply different theories and business and management principles. The present report will assist in identifying different skills and knowledge that a students develop from MBA studies. Further, report will analyse the wider experience of a student from MBS studies. Report will highlight the leadership qualities that required by a student to be placed in organisation. 1. Assessment of skills and knowledge gain in relation to MBA course. Master in Business Administration is can be termed as a key which would assist the students to gain and sharpen their business skills and assist in providing a sense of professional fulfilment (Noe and et.al., 2017). I can say that, from my MBA course I have gained different skills and knowledge which assist me in boosting up my confidence and would also assist me in preparing for placement. Following are the skills and knowledge, that I have achieved in through my MBA course: Strategic analysis and thinking: being an MBA student, I have been thought of developing ability in order to conduct research on various projects and effectively analysing data. Throughout my MBA, I have developed an effective ability of proficiently providing feedbacks and in-depth analysis on various business discipline. It will not just help me in placement, but will also make me to shine in my workplace. Communication: I have analysed that in order top present my idea and concepts in my professional life, I should have effective presentation and verbal skills (Bloom and et.al., 2012). Through my study and diverse range of different task and practical knowledge, I am able to sharpen my communication and speaking skills in order to tailor my message to different audience. 1

During my course, I have been asked to understand severalcriticalcircumstances and identifying issues thinking strategically. 3. An assessment of the leadership qualities required in placement organisation. In order to get placed, I have identifies that most of the organisation are looking for specific leadership skills in a students (Kerzner, 2018). It can be said that a student has to be require certain leadership qualities. As per my assessment following are some leadership qualities that will be required by placement organisation: Quick Learner:I have analysed that, most of the organisation wants to recruit a students who has the quality and ability to acquire new skills faster. Being a quick learner, a student can boost up his efficiency and would take minimum time in his training. Interpersonal and communication skills: I have studies many times that an effective leader is one who possess efficient interpersonal skills. It will assist him to be calm and patient in the pressurize situation in workplace (7 Leadership Qualities, Attributes & Characteristics Of Good Leaders ,2019). I have analysed that many a time, communication skills is one which makes the organisation to take decision of selecting a student. 3
Problem solving skills:Being an MBA students, I can say that problem solving skills is one which will assist a person to become an effective leader who can lead their team member in difficult situation. CONCLUSION By analysing the above report, it can be summarised that management principles in vital to be as it assist a manager to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the working method. There are various management practices that occurs in an organisation. With the increasing in the competition in business world, students are opting for management as their career path. It had been analysed that, there are various management practices which a student can opt to choose for their career. From the report, it can be concluded that Master is Business Administration is the most prestigious studies which assist a students to be prepared effectively to apply management practices in their work life. The present report has concluded skills and knowledge that a students develop from MBA course. These skills and knowledge is very essential in placement process. Further, report has identifies the skills and knowledge that students experience before MBA and throughout MBA. Later, various leadership qualities are analysed that a company will require to have in student in placement process.
