organizational management explains the completion of activities in right manner and at minimal
costs. While efficiency in organizational management refers to the completion of activities
within the certain time limits with tangible outcomes. The company which is taken for this report
is KFC that is a multinational fast food restaurant chain. The full name of the organization is
Kentucky Fried Chicken. It is a American based company founded in 1930. It has a worldwide
operation in more than 150 countries. It is highly known for pressure fried chicken pieces. The
report will outline some management tools and techniques to motivate employees. It will also
discuss the strategies to resolve conflicts in the firm. Lastly, it will suggest an appropriate
leadership approach to overcome certain issues raised in the firm.

Motivation is the most fundamental factor that is concerned by the managers to
encourage individuals in the company to deliver best performance and contribute in reaching the
business goals. A strong and positive motivation will enable in the best results of workers but
negative motivation can reduce their performance.

Motivation can be done internally and externally in both ways so that workers can
contribute to productivity, satisfied with their job and contribute to tasks. In case of KFC, with
the help of following tools and techniques, the employees can be motivated:

opportunity to get more learning which results in the workplace improvement and
increased profitability. Learning incentives can come in multiple methods such as online
courses, student loan reimbursements, flexible schedules and many more.
