INTRODUCTION
Management is described as guiding and controlling a team of individuals or firm for
reaching an objective. Moreover, it often states as the manipulation as well as deployment of
human resources, monetary resources, technical resources and natural resources. Additionally,
there are distinct activities and task which required to be undertaken through entity for
performing the performance of business. This is vital that firm is encouraging their staff to
motivate their workers for performing the task appropriately (Barlow, 2020). In addition to this,
it is also crucial that entity is to develop effectual strategies with low job retentions. The
company undertaken for this report is Stuart and Allen Associates, which performs their
operations into financial service sector and facilitates effectual services to their customers. The
topics which are going to be discussed in this report are techniques and tools applied for
motivating staff along with motivational theories. Moreover, various strategies utilised for
overcoming from conflicts in team is also explained. Apart from this, suggestion related to
appropriate leadership approach to overcome from low job retention rates and lack of
communication issues are also provided in this report.

This is vital for company to undertake appropriate as well as effective tools for
encouraging their staff and team members in order to maximise whole business functioning.
Additionally, motivation is considered as the procedures which would drives towards inspiring
others to enhance its potential to effectively attain expected objectives (Bravington and King,
2019). The different motivation theories are described underneath which might be used by Stuart
and Allen Associates company to encourage theory workers and group members:
McClelland’s theory of needs:
This motivation theory incorporates three motivating drivers which might be undertaken
through firm for encouraging their staff efficiently. Moreover, this has been analysed that
motivating drivers are not much depended upon age or gender it would aids to inspire various
workers of Stuart and Allen Associates company. This has been evaluated that leading drives
