Organization wants to run their business by managing all activities and
performance effectively. This is important for organization is to understand
the needs and wants of people and provide products and services accordingly.
The main purpose of this assignment is to enhance knowledge about
operation and management that helps to increase profitability which is based
on q-bot organization providing underfloor insulation services. This covers
company's vision, its products/ services and operations. Moreover, core
business and analysis of macro environment are also defined. .

wide range. This uses robots to spray insulation under floor with minimal disruption to
life. This insulation reduces the heat lost through the floor and stops draught which

Mission – The mission statement is “to transform the built environment by becoming
the global leader in robotics and AI systems that apply material for constructing,
