INTRODUCTION
Management skills plays very great role in the job role of manager. Each manager is
responsible to improve their skills to perform well at the any place. Managerial skills give
opportunity to a manager for managing all things in proper manner within an organisation,
company or business. Sometimes managers take different training sessions also to improve their
skills. Continuous improvement in skills is too necessary task to a manager, because manager
always faces different conditions in their operation, so with support of improved skills that
manager will able to deal with such conditions. This report discusses management skills of Artist
Enterprise Hub. Importance of effective management skills also has been discussed in this report.

1. Importance of Effective Management Skills
Effective management skills are very necessary for the Artist Enterprise Hub, because
with the support of these skills hub will able to systematically run their all operations. Currently
hub has required many managerial skills to boost own performance in initial stage (Sousa, 2017).
Some major management skills and importance of these skills has been discussed below. Hub
can take huge advantages from these skills.
Communication skills: Communication skills are one of most important skills which a manager
should develop in its job role, because these abilities give opportunity to a manager for putting
excellent impression on different people. The management within Hub should highly consider
these abilities. Otherwise, management can’t achieve effective results through their operations.
With the support of these abilities, a manager can easily interact with anyone. That’s why these
abilities are too important for properly managing daily operations of hub.
Decision-making skills: Management of hub should improve decision-making skills as well.
Decision-making abilities or skills helps to the management for taking some productive decisions
in daily operations of hub (Ahuja and Ahuja, 2016). An organisation faces many different
