Overview of the research area
The research area focuses on the development of the Government organisations in
Abu Dhabi owing to the strategic plan of the country. The actions taken by the Government
to impose self-improvement techniques can be considered as a method by which strategic
planning as well as the practises and effectiveness in the government sector can be
considered. In this regard, it can be said that the development of the country along with its
Government officials are the main aim within the year. Therefore, as stated by De Jong,
Hoppe and Noori (2019) the development of the country along with potential business
opportunities can ensure growth of the people and the environment can be directed towards
the development of employment opportunities.
Rationale of proposed idea
The area of the research will be appealing because the strategic development of a
Government sector is necessary and at the same time, it is essential that sustainable
development of the country take place based on the actions undertaken by the dominating
forces in the country.
Previous experience in the field of strategic management will help in the field of
work. At the same time, an idea about the development of the Government offices in Abu
Dhabi will need to be known so that the research will be conducted in an effective manner.
Other considerations such as the political and economic factors of Abu Dhabi will
need to be considered so that development of the policies can be judged and at the same time
help in analysing the financial prowess of the Government organisations.
