In another questionthis report will discus about management their which can be applicableto this case study, and they could make the Film more better and they can alsopromote theirproduct and their services in the marketdirectly to the customers, and they can bale to gain competitive advantage sin the market where they are operating their business. The TV Channel has shoot 6 different clips for program where they are showing Differentpeople workinglivesbutIt is an opportunityfor the Allstyle department store and Rebecca because it is an free advertisement for their company, and they can promote their brand on the TV channel for the long times. Many people used to watch TV nowadays and the benefits will get to the Allstyle department store becauseThe TV channel is local which means they will show this program in the local area so it will be helpful for the Allstyle departmentstore to gain competitive advantages in the market, and they can able to show their presence in the marketwhere they are operating their business (Engel, van Burg, Kleijn and Khapova., 2017).
Rebeccawho is general manager of the company playVidal roleand function. In the first clip Rebeccawas conducting a meeting with the manager of each deportment about their pricing strategyandtheir promotionstrategyfor thenext end of season sale.Whichis an good move from the General manager because it will give clear image ti the customers about the upcoming offers andwhatcan be the expected prices for them. This will attract the customers to buy the product in a end of season sale. Another theme was an Planing meeting with the senior executive from the head office and they discuss about thesales targetwithin the 12 moth. Here Rebeccaplay themost important roles and explain how they can chive target in 12 moths andalso explaining the barrierwhich can affect their target salesis one of their competitor whoare sellingsimilar product which can create threat for the Allstyle department store (Shults And et.al., 2018). In a third clip Rebecca present three shop workers who reach for the stars badges for their outstanding performancelast month and Rebeccahad her picture with the three of them and also publishedin the newspaper. It is not an promotional activity but Rebeccaunderstand that it will help to motivate the other employees who are working in Allstyle department store. Appreciation from the companies superiors and their newspaper publication is an motivation for the other, and they will alsogive their effort to reach the target so next timesthey can also getappreciation like those three employees. Thiswill mainlybeneficial for theAllstyle departmentstore because theywill able toachieve their 12 moth target and take competitive advantages in the market where they areoperating their business.This is an good strategyby the Rebecca because it will help them to reach their 12 moth target, andthey perform her roles very well as general manger of the Allstyle department store. Sales would be monitored closely and if it did not do well then relocation might be possible.
