AIM AND OBJECTIVES
 Aim: To analyse the impact of managerial training on performance of senior executive
in IT Sector in UAE. A current study on Alan Technology LLC.
 Objectives:
 To understand the concept of managerial training of senior executive.
 To analyse the impact of managerial training on performance of senior executive.
 To analyse the relationship between managerial training and performance of senior
executive in IT sector.
 To recommend the key strategies to have positive impact in the decision-making.

Research type For the present study both methods i.e. qualitative methods has been used in the study
Research approach There are two main methods of the research approach i.e. inductive and deductive that in which inductive approach is used by the
scholar in their research.
Data collection and sampling There are two types of data collection methods such as primary and secondary has been adopted by the scholar by conducting
questionnaire For questionnaire , 30 samples of the senior executive has been taken for the study.
Data analysis For the present study only thematic data analysis has been adopted by the scholar.
Reliability and validity For the present research, the data has been collected from the reliable sources in order to improve the creditability .Apart from this it
has also helped the research as focused on the copyright protected sources.
Ethical consideration In order to fulfil the ethical consideration aspect of the research , consent form has been signed by the selected participant for the
survey.
Research limitation Research limitation for the research study is unavailability of the resources and time limitation.

RECOMMENDATION
 To provide training related to leadership skill help for centric workplace in orders to get the
benefit of development of healthy workplace so that it direct impact positive on performance
o employees by more focus on increasing the productivity.
 mentoring is also helped to learn in effective way on the basis of online training so that
senior executive can get the remote training in order to use the digital technologies which
help to enhance their analytical skill.
 It has been suggested that to provide understudy training are help for absorb and learn from
experienced manger in order to focus more on follow all the step to become the best leader in
order to provide different types of opportunity in the operating job
