some problems which occur in operating business but when managers are able coop up with it
and take actions to improve performance. Some employees are not ready to accept changes, so
managers motivate them and tries to resolve their problems. Digitalisation is beneficial for
competing with market factors also. There are some [problems faced by managers of Britannic
Group such as lack of training, uninterested employees, etc. So manager has to plan training
event proper. Budget must be set before applying digital technology to business operations. This
helps to work according to set targets and within specified time.

activities of the company and the benefits that it is likeable to reap for busoenss and its growth
and development. From the overview of the project it can be determine that the initial phase for
adopting this new technology into firms various departments is quiet complicated and requires a
close monitoring and proper planning and execution in each and every stage in order to attain
desired competency level and success. Lack of development of proper plans, uncertainty
avoidance and inefficiency in monitoring on the part of management may result in severable
threats like data hacking, leaking of sensitive and confidential information of the firm etc.
Therefore to be figurehead in telecommunication industry it is critical importance for Britannica
Group to adopt and implement new and latest technology in its business and related functions.
From above analysis I learned about what are the key components and major tools and
techniques that are requisite for designing an successful business plan for a given project. Also,
it provided me with the knowledge about the probable affect of disruptive techniques utilized in
business operations. During entire program, I tried to provide various inputs to analyse best and
most suitable method for undertaking a research that apart from being cost effective requires
less time to be conducted and to interpreted for final outcomes. Moreover even at time of
organizing the data I assisted by subordinates by explaining them about software that is been
used for studying graph and other research related data.

global trend is to have major impact on various activities of the Britannica Group. For enhancing
the productivity ,performance and proper execution of its various activities Britannica Group

information about the need and wants of its customers.
