In this company, digitalisation is one of the essential component whichhelps them to increase profits and sales of association. In this report, there is research conductedto know the impact of digital technology on various departments such as HR, marketing,accounting, etc. this report discuss about project management plan, aims and objectives ofproject, techniques of research such as breakdown and Gantt chart, research methods,recommendations, etc. PART 1P1 Aims and objectives for projectThese days digitalisation is one of the essential component which is required to beconsidered by managers of association.
