Project topic : “What talent management strategies do the best companies
use to attract and retain people”
Introduction
This project aims at analysing the impact of talent management strategies in retaining
and attracting people in the organisation. Talent management is the process of retaining
employees or long run in the company. it helps in getting motivated towards the products and
services and developing employees relational and provide them efficient training and
development methods (Ahmed, and et.al., 2021). In this report the organisation which is
taken into consideration is Barnet hospital. As it is a general hospital which is situation in
London and manged by Royal free London NHS foundation trust. It was founded in the year
1920. In this report it covers research aim and objectives, primary and secondary research and
reflection and recommendation.
Research aim
“To analyse the impact of talent management strategies, do the best companies in retaining
and attracting people in the business organisation” A case study on Barnet hospital.

To determine the various talent management strategies used in Barnet hospital to
retain and attract people for long time.

Project management plan
Project plan is the plan which is in written plan and it helps in developing all stages in
efficient manner. These level start from planning, monitoring and controlling (Balcerzyk, and
Materac, 2019). There are some of the components of project management plan which is
discussed below:
Cost: It is worry with the sum in which examiner need to finish the undertaking
report. For this report, organization is spending about £600 on essential examination
and £200 on optional exploration. Along these lines, it is significant for organization
to make a financial plan. This is the cost which is involves in research of the company
and this helps in collecting data and information.
Scope: Scope is alluding to the deciding of explicit viewpoints which are connected
with the undertaking expectations, capacities and errands. This task points that ability
the executives help the Barnet hospital in hold representatives for since a long time
ago run and hold them for long time in the affiliation with the goal that their laborers
turnover will not go high.

bars, charts, graphs and tables etc. it also results in executing project management functions
such as planning, organisation and controlling of the activities performed.
