INTRODUCTION
Equality is really about recognizing that everyone has equal chance, mostly because of their
attributes is not unfairly treated or discriminatory toward. Diversity is mostly about considering
the variations among individuals and populations into perspective and putting a constructive
emphasis on those variations. Equality and diversity can be described as "supporting equal
opportunities for all, by inclusion, allowing each visitor the right to attain their ability, away
from racism and prejudice." Positive outcomes of equality and diversity ensure that the services
made accessible to customers are reasonable and available to all (Alotaibi and Liu, 2017). They
guarantee that children are viewed as citizens, that people can receive the recognition it deserves,
and that they acknowledge their distinctions. This report based on the H&M which is a Swedish
multinational clothing organisation it is a fast fashion company that design clothes for men,
women, teenagers and children. The study will address various aspects of the priorities, goals
and process improvement strategy. The task will also describe research methodology, data
collecting channels and analysis techniques. Eventually, have suitable suggestions and reflection
to ensure good interactions and activities of the researcher.

men , women, adolescents and baby's fast-fashion clothes. As of November 2019, H&M exists
underneath the different business names in 74 nations with more than 5,000 outlets, and 126,000
full-time equivalent posts. This is the second biggest international apparel retailer, only after
Spain's Inditex (Zara's parental company). The business has an strong digital existence, including
online purchasing in 33 nations.

company's best working. This consists of important outcomes structures that are necessary and
efficient for the inspector to conduct various project works in a suitable manner. The program
consists of different stages that enable the effective management of different project activities in
conjunction with the implementation of work. Project management plan is developed with the
intention of tell the difference aspects of the construction project which are essential for the
efficient implementation of the research study. The definition of the various elements of the
project management plan shall be described as:
Cost: This refers to the financial stake that the researcher needs and spends in order to
conduct all research tasks in an acceptable manner. Cost relation to the investing in the future for
all research study tasks. It is necessary to have an adequate fund to accurately execute all the
