INTRODUCTIONAn internal technical process for communication and sharing of data can be stated as adigital technology (Serra and Kunc, 2015). Organisation are digitalizing their processes whichincreases their productivity. Most of the organisations are using digital process and equipmentsto make their process of manufacturing faster and effective to give best results. This report ishaving based on the impact of digital technology on the business activity of the Posh Nosh whichis a small sized restaurant working in the UK. This report will provide the aims & objectives andproject management plan to analyse effect of digitalizing process on the business activity of thePosh Nosh. Primary and secondary data research will be made in this report to analyse what arethe major effect will be on the restaurant. At the end of this report a conclusion andrecommendation will be given for the Posh Nosh. TASK 1Aims and objectives of projectTopic: The Impact of Digital Technology On BusinessAims: This project is aiming on to analyse would be impact on the organisation by digitalizingprocess. So this research will be identify those potential effect which would be on the Posh Noshby developing a digital technical internal process. Some of the aims of this report are here;This report will identify areas in which organisation can develop digital process whichcan help to them to be quicker and effective to deliver an order to their targetedcustomers. Possible effects which can be on the organisation by considering these changes anddeveloping a digital process in the organisation. Objectives: The organisation wants to be more faster and effective in order processing so theywants to analyse what are the possible impacts will be on them by creating changes in theirprocess (Henderson, Selwyn and Aston, 2017). Posh Nosh wants to make a faster process ofmanufacturing an order and give a detail about time in order processing, they wants to createtime limit in their order processing to reduce waiting time. This research project is having somespecific objectives in the context of Posh Nosh Food Restaurant;Maximum order processing time has to be 20 Minutes which can be beneficial for thecustomers.1
Areas where organisation can make changes and include digital systems to make a betterprocess of manufacturing. Finally organisation wants to improve their profits by creating these changes in the intheir working process which can help to them to increase their market share. So these are some specific objectives and this whole research is based on the creating changes inthe digital process which can help to the organisation to increase their customer effectivenesselements which can finally impact on their profits and market share (Hynan, Murray andGoldbart, 2014). Most of the organisation which are working in the food industry are usingdigital communication process and they are taking order from online market so it is essential forthe Posh Nosh to use this method which can help to them to increase number of orders in the daywhich can help to them to increase their profitability. TASK 2Management PlanIt is essential before starting this project to identify the risk related with this project. Itcan help to the researcher to create a risk management plan which can help to him to be effectiveon the aims and objectives. Management plan is a process which can help to the researcherretain this research on it's objectives. Management plans creates a path on which this report willbe cover all objectives. Some of the points are here which are included in to the managementplan;Scope of the project: It is related to areas in which research will be conducted. As PoshNosh is working in the food processing and manufacturing so this report will be discuss on orderprocessing system of the organisation. Also it will make a proper discussion on the ways bywhich organisation can increase their communication system which can help to them to be moreeffective for their targeted customers (Schwalbe, 2015). It is essential for the organisation toincrease their internal and external communication which can help to them to increase theirbusiness. As the organisation is having final objective to increase their market share which canhelp to them to provide more services to more customers. CostControl: This is an another factor which is an essential thing for the researcher toconsider in making this research.
