are two factors that are most important for the business that are equality and diversity with that
more profit will get gained by the business (Biemans, 2018). Equality is related to the value and
belief of the company towards the employee and has promoted and provides equal opportunity to
all whereas, diversity is related to the acceptance of the employee that belongs as of diverse
position, religion, colour, pursuit and many others as well. This description is support on the
CIPD that is chartered institute of personal and development and a professional association of the
human resource management. It was founded in 1913 and has worked amid 862 numbers of
workers and comprises the headquartered Wimbledon, London, England. This report contains the
project planning, finding and the reflection of the different aim and objective that has been
chosen by the CIPD to make the positive change within the business that taking the initiative and
developing strategy to enhance the equality and diversity.
