enhanced the equality and diversity within the workplace”. A case study on Verdant Leisure.
INTRODUCTION
The managing and the successful business will include the attainment of different policy
and strategy as per the working condition of the business and with this easily get accomplish
their goals and objective within the timely basis. It is the process under which all the different
operation and the function will get performed in systematic manner thus the continuous success
and growth will get attained by the business (Kozak-Holland and Procter, 2020). To gain the
rapid growth the business will uses the equality and diversity within the business and with
thesethey have attract the employee from different places, religion, caste, gender, age, race etc.
The equality and diversity is mostly get used by the business to attract the skilled and talented
workplace all across from the world. It is the approach of the business through which the
working attitude and behaviour of the business will get reflected and from this have grab
different market opportunity in proper manner. This report is based on the Verdant Leisure that is
the holiday park company and have operate the business in north of England and Scotland and
have launched the business in 2010 and get founded by Graham Hodgson, Andrew Wall and Bev
Dixon. This report includes the project execution plan, findings, recommendation and the
reflection.
TASK 1
P1 Project aims and objectives
To measure the different strategy that gets used by the business in order to promote more
fairness and wide ranging employee capability within the company. There are a lot of
competition in the market and with that the company have induces the different strategy within
the business so as to make their image and value different as per the other companies. In this it is
more important that business must have the talented workforce that could induce the different
strategy with more perfection and set the standardised performance in the workplace (Huber,
Kaufmann and Steinmann, 2017). Thus the equality and diversity are the major aspect through
which the businesses must have uses the different technology and statistics to get enhance the
working ability of the business. In this Verdant Leisure have uses the fairness and the

comprehensive nature and culture by which the working capability of the business will get
continuously developed. It is more advanced approach that is used by the business to get attracts
the most skilled people by which get achieved the suitable outcomes.
Aim- “To analyse the different strategy and the initiative that has been taken by the
company to enhance the equality and diversity within the workplace”. The Verdant Leisure
provides the park holiday and in this have provide the adequate package to the customer as per
their convenience and need and in this it is more important that the employee must get attract and
fulfil the demand of the customer. In this the employee participation will get improvised by
which they have achieved the success by satisfying the customer need by making advanced
experience.
Objectives
To gather to gather more information about the importance of the equality and diversity
within the employee.
To analyse the effectiveness and important of the fairness and comprehensive culture
that is used by the business.
To examine the dependence of the equality and wide ranging of the employee within the
workforce.
To identify various strategies that can adopted by the organisation for managing equality
and diversity.

As per the viewpoint of Kelly S. Meier, 2019, the federal laws get used by the business to
prevent the workplace and employee from the discrimination and with that most of the
businesses must have promote the equality and diversity within the business that makes their

system more inclusive (Athanasoulias and Chountalas, 2017). The leader of the business must
demonstrate the commitment of the fairness and comprehensive nature inside the company and
make an audit to ensure that more ideas get developed in order to promote that on wider level.
This concept has greater impact and influence on the goodwill of the organisation and on the
customer base. The equality among the employees can be analysed on the basis of various factors
rather than just equal pay to each and every employee. Such factors include the equal
opportunities to each and every employee irrespective of their gender and the background.
To analyse the importance of diverse strategy that enhance the equality and diversity
within the working place.
As per the viewpoint of Charang Chow, 2019, the diverse workforce includes the age,
nationality, orientation, religion; gender and race that become the prospect of the business and it
help the business to develop the new ways to cater the larger number of customers. The
companies must have used the wide range of policies, strategy, initiative and the tools to get
designed the diversity among the working employees (Gambardella, Khashabi and Panico,
2020). It is more important to make the diversity and with this the higher level management get
manage and control that to promote the culture. Such policies facilitate the organisation in
motivating the employees and in improving the overall performance of the organisation so that
they can easily and efficiently accomplish their goals and objectives. In addition to this it makes
the workplace culture better and comfortable for the employees in which they feel treated equal
and fair due to which they feel motivated and thus performs better.
To define the significance of fairness and multiplicity in the business
As per the viewpoint of Louise Petty, 2016, equality and the inclusive is more important
in the business whether it will get operate within the hundred members of more than that. It has
been used to access the different opportunity and with that the fair treatment. The motive to bring
this in the company is to get provide a platform to the employee that is completely free from the
harassment, discrimination, bullying out, unfortunately and the victimisation in averse of this
ensure that employee get equal opportunity to make more success and development. When the
employees are treated equally and fairly their morale boosts which has direct impact on their
productivity and performance which ultimately increases the efficiency of the organisation. This
improves the image of the organisation in context of attracting the new talent within the

organisation. The diversity among the employees facilitates the organisation in providing various
innovative ideas so that the problems can be resolved easily and efficiently.
To identify various strategies that can adopted by the organisation for managing equality
and diversity?
According to the view of Kirton, 2019, the organisation has to manage the equality and
diversity within the organisation as this offers various advantages to the company such as it
enables them to develop a better workforce that can facilitate them in accomplishing the overall
organisational objectives. For this various strategies need to be adopted by the companies so that
they can undermine the efforts and the resources of the organisation as well as of the employees.
The companies need to emphasis on different aspects such as involving all the people in the top
management as per their roles and responsibility because they have understanding of the
situations and due to which they can recommend various ways with which various issues can be
resolved. To ensure equality among all the strategies that company must consider strategy such
an organisational culture must be developed that can facilitate roles as per the ability of the
employees, employee engagement must be ensured at different level and they must be given
opportunity to express their views and opinions. This will make the employees feel treated equal
and fair as well as the diverse workforce will enables to perform better. In addition to this
various initiative must be taken n grounds of HR which includes encouraging the employees,
rewarding them for the performances, communicating with them as these steps will motivate
them and will facilitate the organisation to retain their employees for long.

The management plan of the project is basically the written document that get includes all
the relative information of the task and activities that get performed within the timely manner
and under this more surety will get transferred that the business will attain more profit from that
particular task (Khan and Khan, 2017).The management is the process that includes the plan,
execute, monitor, control and the implementing the different activities by which the achievable
outcomes get attained within the specified period of time. It is the plan through which more
related result get achieved that helps to make continuous growth and achievement that build
more motivation within the employee as well the business. It is even more useful as with the risk
will also get analysed and by performing the task with more adequacy that will also get reduces
