With the COVID-19 pandemic,‘Mirage’, a small-scale advertising firm has identified that
it needs to move from a traditional work environment to a more flexible work environment
where employees can work remotely and flexibly. As a result of this finding the
management of Mirage has decided to consider digital workplace transformation to
facilitate the employees in their work.
