worked to gain better success and more growth and with this it is most needed that contain most
capable and brilliant worker has performed all the operations and function with more sufficiency.
In addition it is also be more necessary that the company must have induce more fairness within
the workforce and have provide the most clear and transparent information and opportunities to
all the employee by which the perfect balance will get maintained and with this the employee get
sustain in the company used for longer age of time. Verdant Leisure is taken in this report that is
the medium size organisation and is a holiday park company that have function in England and
Scotland and was found in 2010 by Graham Hodgson and partners. The report includes the aims
along with objective of project, project management plan moreover finding as well as
recommendation.
