Only 10 participants used as sample population in the report but if there was more time limit assigned to use than the project could have had more better outcomes and highly specified conclusion. Due to scarcity of time it was very tough for me to come to a conclusion but I did my best to come to result which was quite simple and common. Quantitative data was used very little in the report but if there was more time then I could have given with a good number of data analysis which would have made the conclusion into a better look out as san project. There was very less communication in the group of participants because there were numerous factors which had to be considered. Even group meeting was organized once in a week to discussed about result like why the result which has been taken out is not better as I thought it would be. In the meeting all had different views on the research topic that’s why access to a conclusion which was very confusing. I felt communication skills are weak which caused I unable to delivered my views to other. To overcome the issue, I am attending personality classes and watching other person gesture and way to communicate effectively. By improving in the communication skills, I will be capable to communicate and delivers information to other effectively. In addition, it will help to organize creative working environment for the employee and maintains their wellbeing within workplace. While executing out the research work I analysed that I lack in research skills that caused tasks was not completed effectively. To improve my research skills, I am joining online class which is based on research work. When my
research skill will be improved, I will be eligible to offer authentic and specified information to the reader. Such kind act will support me to build loyal employees for long time duration. While taking decision in the research work, I analysed that I lack behind decision-making skills which caused I had to face various issues while working on research topic. So, this is the best method which can lead quality while collecting information. it can use for specified research like finance project, scientific reports etc. Upgradation in HR policies is best strategy which can support company to comply with governmental norms and rules and promotes equality and diversity at workplace as well. HR policies supports helps company to ensure it’s employee about their employment policies and maintains their wellbeing within company.So, organization should follow this strategy. Performance management system should adapt by organization because it can help to removeskillgapandimprovesperformanceofeachemployeewithinworkplace. Performance management system supports to analyse weak area of employees and develops strategies to overcome the issues.
CONCLUSION It can be summarized that preparing project management plan encompassed cost, time, quality, resources and others, helped M&S to receive best outcomes.
