INTRODUCTIONMultinational companies provide different opportunities and growth with many benefits.However, this institution may also bring with them relaxed codes of ethical conducts.Multinational Corporation improving the balance of payments, investment basically is veryhelpful for the company to collect the different investment capital sources. Present research willbe based on the impact of multinational companies on the business environment of the other hostdestinations. To conduct this study further, research has been based on the multinationalcompany Tesco which is a British transnational consumer goods supermarket situated in UK andmore than 190 countries. However, research will explain the research aims and objectives bypreparing the project management plan. Overall, study previews the role of multinationalcompanies and its effects on the overall performance of the business environment of the goals. LO1 P1 Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.Background Multinational companies are kind of engine of global economic development,technological transfer and deepening globalization (Sassen, 2018). They not just focused on theirdomestic market and also planned to set up the new working environment for the newdevelopment process in host economies and by purchasing subsidiaries through mergers andacquisitions. Such as Tesco is the multinational corporation that are planning to operate its newbusiness expansion in chain market. So the study will find out that how Tesco affect the Chinamarket when they entered into the business. The scope of international business focuses on theparticular problems and opportunities that emerge because a firm is operating in more than onecountry. In order to critique that, International corporation also creating challenges for thebusinesses in terms of arranging the different resources. Sometimes multinational companiescreates its own monopolistic markets which creates inefficiency level of the business growth.Multinational business organisation has always been creating the advanced product or serviceswith some unique elements (Barlow and Clarke, 2017). It brings several growths anddevelopment area that brings by the organization in different productive manner and advancedbusiness growth. Present study based on the evaluation process to identify the impact ofmultinational organisation on the host country.
