Introduction
Diversity and equality both are considered as the pillar for the successful company e as it is useful in
allowing the workers to show their potential efforts towards the attainment of goals of organisation.
Equality defines offering equal treatment and opportunity to subordinates in relation with their job so
that they can get probable chance to prove their competencies. In order to perform this research Accor
hotel is considered which is a French multinational hospitality company that owns and manage its
franchise. It is a single largest hospitality company in Europe that relies on the sixth largest position.
This report put emphasis on the aims and objectives of Investigation.

Research aim and Objectives
Aim:
The main aim behind conducting this research project is, “To evaluate the importance of equality
and diversity together with determination of strategies and initiatives that ensures creation and
proper management of a diverse and inclusive workforce”.
Objectives:
To study the concept of equality and diversity.
To determine the possible advantages those are lead by equality and diversity in achieving higher
success and productivity for an organisation.
To evaluate the various strategies and initiatives that ensures creation and proper management of a
diverse and inclusive workforce in Accor Hotels.
