Project management plan covers various aspects of the project such as cost, scope, time, quality, risk, communication etc. It helps researcher in identifying the barriers which might occur during the execution of research.
Cost: The expenses which are associated with execution of project are associated with the purchase of resources, stationery. Costs also include travelling expenses, communication cost etc. In context of research, the major cost occurred in collection of data. In context of present study, theexpenseswillincludesalaryofpersonappointfortakinginterview, travelling, communication costs etc.In relation to British telecom , an organisation has to pay salary to the researcher as well as project manager. In addition to this, the other expenses which are required to bepaid by the British airways in context of expansion of business at international level include hiring of employees, installation of communication system etc. unit/ hrsCosts/ unit/ hrsWBS Level 1 total Project management Project manager group members 1000 2956 192£ 63£ 8900£ 13200£ Hardware Handheld devices Servers 152 4 750£ 4500£ 670 00£ 18000£ Installationand development of Licensed software 180361£21600£ softwareand hardware Testing 80000£ Scope: It is the crucial element of project management plan which assist scholar in identifying the activities which are required to be executed for accomplishing desired objectives. (Rodrik, 2018.). Time: it is another important element of project management plan. As all the activities in research are interrelated and delay in one tasks can have direct effect on the final outcome. In context of present study, researcher will use time management strategy in order to prevent the delay in completion of the research project. Scheduling will be done properly and will be monitored closely so that study can be completed within specified period of time. Quality: This is the main component of project management plan. Quality is the factor which is required to be considered by scholar during collection of information. This factor has great effect on the research outcome. In context of present study, scholar will set some standards for measuring the quality of work (Quinlan, Babin and Griffin, 2019.). In addition to this, Total quality management approach will be used by researcher for maintaining the quality of work. Communication:Aneffectiveaswellascontinuouscommunicationbetweenthedifferent stakeholder in very much important in order to execute investigation in systematic manner. Smooth flow of information between stakeholders during the investigation procedure will help in preventing the overlapping of activities (Bell, Bryman and Harley, 2018). It will also assist in ensuring an efficient as well as efficient utilisation of resources. Resources: For executing the present research lots of different resources such as human, capital, time, communication devices, stationery etc.Proper allocation of resources is very much important in order to fulfil the needs of all tasks (Neelankavil, 2015). Lack of sufficient resources can give rise to conflicts between group members. In context of present research, scholar will distribute resources systematically. P3 Work breakdown structure and Gantt chart Work break down structure is considered to be as a key deliverables which organises team work into manageable sections. It can also be referred as the decomposition of the bigger tasks which are required to be performed by project team. Work breakdown structure provides project manager an ease in managing the project (Flick,2015.). It also supports project manager in making the task easier and helps them in reducing workload. Gantt chart is the graphical representation of the schedule according to which the different activities during the investigation process will be executed. It is mainly utilised for planning the project. Gantt chart consists of start and finish time of each activity. It also provides manager ease in monitoring progress of project (Mackey and Gass, 2015.). In addition to this, it also aids reader in identifying purpose of the research. In context of present study, researcher has used them antic technique for analysing the data (Lewis, 2015.). The reason for choosing the thematic technique is that it makes the analysis procedure easier.Scholar has also used thematic analysis, investigator has created the different themes on the basis questions and answers provided by participants during the investigation procedure.
