INTRODUCTION
The proper and effective management of the business project is required to be taken in
the effective consideration by a MNC organisation (Zagorsek, Hlavova and Bolek, 2017). The
proper and effective placing of the business activities will help the firm to carry out business
operations to a greater extent. The present research proposal will lay a focus on the impact laid
by MNC like McDonalds on local restaurants. As working in a marketing consultancy firm, we
will carry out these research process to identify the impact of McDonalds on local restaurants.
The present research proposal will lay the influence on a proper setting of appropriate
aims and objectives along with the proper depiction of work breakdown structure and Gannt
chart is been made with a proper assessment of project management plan and evaluation of
various components of the research process. This will help the scholar to get the proper idea
about the setting up of the business ideas and will guide an organisation for expanding its
business activities and identify the influence they have on a local restaurant of UK.

An effective project management plan will help the organisation to carry out the business
operations that are been taken within the organisation for the effective management of a project
or business operations. A proper planning of the business project activities will help the
organisation to carry out their operations in much suitable and effective way. Besides this, it will
help the organisation to enhance the quality of operations and thus will lead the firm to enhance
the quality of actions that are been undertaken by the organisation for the proper and effective

management of the business activities. This will also assist the local restaurants to take suitable
measures to manage their operations (Liễu and Barth, 2016). It will assist an organisation to plan
the various research activities and allocate resources accordingly that will improve understanding
towards impact on a firm liker McDonalds in the business of local restaurents in UK. Besides
this, it will guide the organisatioo to take suitable measures to meet the operational requirements

The proper placing of this planning will improve the quality of the actions performed by
the selected MNC business entity will help the organisation will help the organisation to improve
the quality of business operations that improves the quality of business operations and thus will
enhance the quality of food related operations. Besides this, it will enhance the quality of
products and services that are been undertaken in consideration by the organisation and thus will

improve the quality of services. Various factors are been taken in consideration by the
organisation that will improve the quality of business activities that are been considered by the
firm and followed for the proper growth and rise in the effectiveness of the business operations
of a MNC like McDonalds. Some of these measures are as follows:
Cost: The proper management of the cost is very important that will improve the quality of
business activities and thus will help the firm to enhance the quality of the products and services
in much effective way. The proper management and allocation of the costings or finance will
catalyse and support the carrying out of the research activities in much effective and suitable
manner. Thus, the management of the selected MNC, McDonalds will look after the proper
management of the business operations in much suitable and effective way. The present research
process will have the financial budget of £10,000 to carry out the research process to identify
the impact of McDonald's on local restaurants of UK.
Scope: The research project is required to have a good and effective scope that will improve the
quality of business operations and thus will improve the quality of business activities and thus
will improve the quality of business activities. The conduction of the research process will help
in the effective and proper carrying out of the business actions and activities which will improve
the firm's knowledge to have a good and significantly effective rise in the operational scope of
the organisation (Uhl, Houlder and von der Horst, 2016). This will also improve the performance
of the business activities and help the organisation to identify the influence of MNC on UK's
local restaurant. The scope of the present research project is quite wide and will amend the issues
related to the impact laid by McDonalds on the local restaurants of UK.
Time: proper time constraints and operational effectiveness of the organisation is required to be
taken within organisation that will help a scholar to carry out proper research process within the

improve the overall performance of the MNC and will help them to identify the influence they
lay on smaller local restaurants of UK (Jones, 2015). For finding out the impact laid by
McDonalds on food service providers of UK, the present research process will take the time of
77 days I.e. Approach 2.5 months.
Quality: the high quality data is been collected and analysed by the scholar in order to carry out

operations and activities in much suitable manner. The biggest advantage of choosing the high

Risk: While carrying out of the research process within the organisation, the scholar or data
analyst to maker the strategic plans and place the research activities and operation related to the
organisation in much effective and thus will lead to the improvement of the research process.
Other than this, it will also lead the organisation to enhance the quality of business activities to a
greater extent. Some of risk factors like shortage of funds, denial of respondent, natural calamites
and loss of data is required to be managed and effectively placed to improve the quality of
business operations and activities which will help in improving the quality of outputs received
(Gurrera and et.al., 2014). All these risks will help in improving the firm's efficiency to carry out
the research activities.
Resources: The resource management and allocation is required to be taken in consideration by
the organisation that will improve the quality of business operations and thus will also increase
the effectiveness of the business or research operations in much precise manner. This will
improve the quality of business activities and operations in much effective way. This will also
increase the quality of outputs that are been received by the scholar for the assessment of food
