INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is the process of interaction and integration among peoples, companies and
government worldwide. This involves the goods, services and the economic resources of capital,
technology and data. Multinational companies which are operate in various countries. They are
managing the protection establishment or deliver their services in two companies (Potrafke,
2015). That is conducting a significant proportion of their operations in other countries. That are
influences the other country economy and also to entire environment. By that have some positive
and negative impact on developing countries. Multinational companies are help to reducing
poverty, driving economic growth, creating job are utilize local people, raise employment and its
standard. That is impact positive and negative impact in the economic. Multinational companies
can provide developing countries with many benefits.
Present research will be based on the impact of multinational companies on the business
environment of the other host destinations. Research has been based on the multinational
company Tesco which is a British transnational consumer goods supermarket situated in UK and
more than other countries. Research will explain the research aims and objectives by preparing
the project management plan. Study will also show the role of multinational companies and its
effects on the overall performance of the business environment of the goals.

performance. MNCs is own and control production facilities in two or more than countries. They
produce and distribute their product and services across national boundaries. There are various
company have their offices and factories in different countries. Multinational company is
developing country. It is commonly defined as an enterprise or company which control and
manage in at least two countries. This research is conduct for identify the concept of
multinational company. Such as the Tesco is the multinational company that have plan to operate
are there lay out in the new market for the growth and success. That study is finding and analysis
Tesco is affect to the new market business expansion in new market. Present study is based on
the evaluation of process to identify the impact of multinational company is impact to the host

Project management plan consider important role in business success that assist to
increase overall plan for new business development. At that, different activities execute,
monitored and controlled to ascertained detailed information of resources which can be
successfully implement project management plan. That are includes following elements:
 Cost: It is very important part of the research that assists to accomplish desired level of
results in the business. With this regard, that had been used to gain aim and objectives.
With that had to complete different activities, it can be stated that cost is most important
consideration which implement to gain more profitability (Palinkas and et.al., 2015). for
the compete the research here is required some stationary like pencil, pen etc that cost is
£20. transportation expense are £60, internet expense £80.
 Scope: this is element of the project management plan is refers the project effectiveness
and importance and various opportunities for achieve goals and objectives. That is helps
to know and get study includes in the overall management in terms of managing the

himself for collecting the accurate information and it is basis on the research for
collecting the data is obtained. The data which is collected by the researcher itself and
also the collection of data is original. It is real time data because all the data s gathered by
the researcher and also researcher involve in all the procedure. All the data is collected
through the surveys, observations of the researcher and also from all the experiments,
questioner, conducting personnel interviews etc. it is much more expensive because of
collecting all the information by their own. It takes so much time and it is always depend
on the needs of the researcher. In this all the fresh and relevant information has been
collected by the researcher from conducting the questionnaire and surveys (Flick, 2015).
 Secondary data:-Secondary data term refers to the data which is collected by someone
else and all the collected information is given to the researcher is not right because it is
based on the observation and analyses of others. It is easy and quick to collect
information and data because it is depend on the past information and analyses. All the
data is collected from the publications of government, books and journals, websites and
internal records etc. it is economic data and also al the research is not basis on the needs
of the researcher’s. Secondary data collection is in refined form and it also takes less time
and the reliability and availability is relatively less.
Data analysis:-
In present study the researcher will focus on the thematic data analysis for assisting and
developing the more significant results at workplace. From this data analysis it is all based on the
aims and objectives questionnaire which has been prepared. Furthermore, it also consist the
relevant information which is basically based on the themes of conducting the data ad research in
appropriate manner.

From this present research I have learned too many new things that will be very helpful in
order to increase and improve my knowledge and skills on this topic. At the time of research and
survey i feel pleasure in conducting this research because it has improve my knowledge related
globalisation and various factors that impacts on the company in positive manner and also in
negative manner. Tesco uses various strategies in order to reduce its barriers and negative
impacts so I have also learned about that strategies and their use in different types of situations.
For study I have use various research methodologies and think it is difficult to
understand and finding the types of research, designs of research, philosophies and approaches of
research as it was very complicated but it also helped me a lot. It was very important part in
order to conduct this study because the conclusion and recommendation was depended on these
methodologies. I have learnt the best style and approach of research out of various designs and
approach according to the topic of study as researcher selected. The best thing about the study
which I have learned is the way of making planning that the company makes by its creative and

innovative ideas. I also got to about globalization positive and negative impact on customers,
employees and the company.
It was my amazing and superb experience that I have analysed some questions and
understood different views of manager’s related one and particular questions. I have also tried to
