The organisation set the plan and objective for the completion of the project in the systematic
manner. It is important for the Tavistock consulting to set the goals and objective to achieve the
significant target. The organisation basically provide the facilities to the customer in terms of the
health, education and cooperation, it also give the service to the central and local government.
The main aim of the Tavistock organisation is to enhance the facilities and create the new
opportunities for the student. This project will help in the analysis of the objective and improve
the criteria for the development of the organisation among the users. The organisation will use
the various technologies and procedure for the implementation to follow the process (Harrison
and Lock 2017).
The aim of the Tavistock will be definite and it will be only one but the planning of the objective
can more than one. As based on the project the aim and objective are defined below:

 The aim of the Tavistock is to develop the management of the effective team, develop the
leadership in students, and change the organisational activities for the improvement of the
student for the better facilities.
Objective of the project
The objectives of the Tavistock are planned so that the new techniques and procedure can
implement in the organisation for the growth. The objective can be more than one so few of the
objectives are given below:

consultancy so that Tavistock can provide the better service to the students for better
