Introduction
This study contains the research regarding the implementation of digital technology in Brake
Bros Limited and hence, a project management plan and Gantt chart has been prepared. The
study also contains the meaning of different research methods such as qualitative and
quantitative approach along with the various techniques that can be used to collect the data such
as questionnaires, observation, interviews, etc. The analysis of the collected data has been done
by preparing charts and diagrams and interpretation has been done depending on the results
obtained from this research. The suggestions and recommendations have also been provided to
effectively implement the use of technology in Brake Bros Limited. Also, the benefits for the
individual by performing the research have also been evaluated and the ways in which the
experiences can be used for conducting research in future has also been discussed.

making all the operations innovative and fast. Apart from this, digital technology also makes

which is created by human resource and finance department of a company so as to achieve
desired aims and objectives. The plan of project administration is established by examining the
cost and time involved in a project (Papke-Shields and Boyer-Wright, 2017).
As per the scenario of Brake Bros, a leading wholesaler of food in the UK is a type of business
who operates on a large scale and transports professional facilities. This association applies a
high amount of innovation and makes the appointment of an outstanding and responsible
individual from all over the nation. The major aim of an organization is to make use of
digitalization successfully in order to deliver services to a customer at a fast pace. Brake Bros
adopted a digital technology project so as to have a large number of developments which may
benefit their customers and also to the company. For implementing a project, it is very
significant to make several aims and objectives that need to be attained for a successful working
and increased productivity. Numerous purposes and goals which are prepared by an organization
are defined as follows:

the internet, mobile devices, and apps so that it may help an association to have healthy

basically a provisional attempt which is planned to make the production of distinctive service,
product and result with specified starting and end commenced achieving planned objectives and

process is being started determining the scope and nature of the project. In the planning phase,
resources cost and time which is involved in the project will be planned. Executing stage makes
