longer duration, then these firms have to offer variety of items so that it can deal with different
end users. This thing is effective in gaining competitive advantage and raising satisfaction level
of consumers to great extent.
Marilungo and et.al., (2016) stated that price factor is the major factor that impact on
creating and marketing a new product. If economic condition is favourable and people have
adequate income sources, then it supports companies in selling new product to consumers easily.

have to create new item, by this way they gain attention of mass audience and enhance their

I have learnt many things from this research, I realized that companies have to face many
challenges at the time of designing and market the new product. Consumers have different need
it is very difficult to analyses needs of different buyers. This things create problem for the
organization in taking correct decision of creating new product. New summer shoe is the high
demand of buyers now a days hence enterprise has to ensure to design great quality shoes so that
sales can be increased. This research project has improved my knowledge about topic. Apart
from this, my research capabilities have been improved. Before that I was not having great
knowledge about research and sources of research. I got to know tools that are used in different
research project and have understood importance of these research projects significantly. Now I
am able to implement correct techniques which may give me positive results in researches.
This research has improved my technical skill, early I have never used excel but during
this project I had to use excel to form graphs. This has improved my understanding about uses of
excel and I can use this software now easily. Apart from this, I got to know importance of
scheduling task ad continuous monitoring. This can help me in future in completing task on time
and avoiding missing deadlines. My time management skill has been developed, now I can
priorities my work and can manage it properly. But still I realize that presentation skill is weak in
me, I sometimes feel under confident when I have to present myself in front of many people. I
will have to work on my this skill.
CONCLUSION
