INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity have been considered as the important aspects for development of
company in order to make the employee more level of sufficient to achieve the various mission
and vision of company which will also helps in making the business to having the competitive
level of advantage against the competitors in development of business. Today’s competitive
organisation is trying to making the better place for the companies in caring out the equal right to
the employees along with equal rights, equal pay, equal access to education, and equal
opportunities to succeed. Aston Martin Lagonda is the global holdings which is considered as
British manufacturing company for luxury sports car and grand tourers. The company has been
identified as the expensive grand touring cars which is been designing and manufacturing the
automobiles. The company’s is trying to have the equality and diversity reproach. In this report
there will be the level of current issues related to equality and diversity in the workplace specific
to gender biasness company’s is majorly facing the male dominated issues in structure and
culture of company
MAIN BODY
P1 Background
Aston Martin Lagonda is the world’s only independent luxury car group with more than
100 years of design and automotive excellence across two brands. They strive to be the great
British car company that creates the most beautiful and accomplished automotive art in the
world. The industry of the auto-mobile including the company for luxury sports car and grand
tourers is been considered as the male dominated. The company is facing the level pd current
level of issues in prolong the level of equality and diversity and development of company in
more significant way in order to gain the competitive level of advantage.
Aim- To study the current issues related to equality and diversity in the workplace
specific to gender biasses – a Case study on Aston Martin Lagonda
Objectives
To evaluate the current issues which are faced by company in promoting equality in
workplace.
To understand the gap between male and female pay gap in Aston Martin Lagonda.
To determine the challenges faced by company in implementing equality and diversity.

Rationale
In today’s world organisation the issues related equality and diversity has been be
identified as the current issues. Over to that gender biasses between employee in company is
dealing with majorly difficulty. The topic has been chosen as the demand of the current scenario.
This helps in developing the level of individuality which is getting level of understandability in
nature of research is making the business which is considered to be developed.
P2 project management plan
Cost- cost has been considered as the important aspects for development of company in various
level of term which is helping the business or the research to be accomplish at the correct time to
meet the needs in more effective and developing ways, the business which is the best way to
make the business which is important for making the company more level of effectiveness for
developing the business. In this research, there is requirement of 250 sterling pound to
accomplish the research.
Scope- the researcher is having the analysis that it will be helped in making the business in more
effective ways. In order to develop the researcher will be used by various scholar for the further
level of consideration of development of knowledge regarding the topic. There will be
development on skill. This will make the researcher and company to have the important of
gender equality.
Time- the time is to be considered the point of time period which is being required by the
researcher in accomplishment of effective research. There is being the satiated time period which

efficient way for development of company in more and effective way which is considered to
