British manufacturing company for luxury sports car and grand tourers. The company has been
identified as the expensive grand touring cars which is been designing and manufacturing the
automobiles. The company’s is trying to have the equality and diversity reproach. In this report
there will be the level of current issues related to equality and diversity in the workplace specific
to gender biasness company’s is majorly facing the male dominated issues in structure and
culture of company

the research study effectively, I have used interpretative techniques as this has helped me to
interpret the elements of the study in depth manner. Therefore, I have ascertained that this
research methods provides and develops the depth understanding of topic and this help to
enhance the knowledge. On the other hand, I have used inductive research approach that start
with the observation and theories that are proposed towards the end of research process. I have

employees. In order to undertake this, I have selected the random sampling method so that I

research technique. Henceforth, I have used thematic analysis as this has helped to review the
response of individual with use of tabular presentation. It was one of the effective method as this
helped me to undertake the research study in more appropriate manner. Thus, I have encountered
with the one negative aspect at the time of undertaking the research was this was so time taking
process and also lengthy. Henceforth, I must say that collection of the data with use of qualitative

analysis us generally more time consuming than the data collection. As unless time, staff, budget
allows this generally to increase to include the smaller sample size. I have also found out that at
the time of conducting research with use of qualitative research, the presence of researcher at the
time of data collection is often unavoidable in qualitative research and this can affect the subjects
