companies, governments and other peoples is done. It is to be considered as one of the
important phenomenon in which capital expansion of integrated national and local
economies is done. Multinational corporations are important agent of globalization and
impact on their business activities of Nestle. It gives the enterprises access to the
international market for increasing the potential customer base.

Aim and Objective
Aim - To assess the impact of globalization on the multinational companies for
improving their recruitment, training and selection of employees to meet international
requirements: A study on Nestle.
Objective
To evaluate the impact of globalisation on Nestle.
To identify the challenges faced by Nestle in meeting international requirement
To recommend the ways to improve the recruitment, selection and training process to
meet international requirements.
