Globalization has significance in human resource
management in an organization. With the development in
technologies, demographic changes along with globalization has
turned round table of working in world.
There are many transformative changes that has taken place in
recruitment and selection process of the country. The company have
to consider the diverse range in practical adjustment as to hire,
retain and support their employees spread out to different countries
varying with different cultural identities. Company has to adapt a
variety of thinking and practices which includes of cultural difference,
foreign regulations and the development of technologies
