This research project examines how ALDI, a leading retailer, has successfully implemented digital technology to enhance its business operations. The study analyzes the impact of digital technology on various departments, including sales and marketing, inventory control, and product quality control. Through interviews with ALDI managers and employees, as well as a survey of ALDI customers, the research explores the benefits and challenges of digital transformation. The findings highlight the significant role of digital technology in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The research concludes with recommendations for ALDI to further leverage digital technology to maintain its competitive edge in the evolving retail landscape.
