INTRODUCTION
Within all company, it is compulsory for management to maintain and create diversity as
well as equality as by this they can able to develop and maintain effective work atmosphere.
Both diversity as well as equality are utilised for fair opportunities that is considered as
obligation for protecting against discrimination in respect of age, gender, belief and others.
Moreover, this assist firm to inspire its staff towards task for longer time (Basu, 2017). By this
firm can obtain several benefits like relationship will improved with stakeholders, staff feel
encouraged and others. The company chosen for this report is H&M, which is a Swedish
multinational clothing retailers famous for their fast fashion clothing for men, women, children
etc. Its headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden. This report covers aims, objectives, project
management plan, Gantt Chart and work breakdown structure. Moreover, data analysis,
reflection and limitation are also discussed in this report based as per the research theme.

Project Background
H&M is known as Hennes & Mauritz AB, it is the well known multinational fashion
clothing organisation for men, children, women and others. They operates in above 60 countries
as well as having around 4500 stores. Also, this is the parent company of Zara. The respective
organisation is focused towards implementing the diversity and equality at work place in
effective and efficient manner. For this, they analyse the effective of having equality and
diversity at work area. For instance, they formulate effective aim and objectives in order to
achieve better results.

To analyse effectiveness of implementing equality and diversity at workplace that helps
in attaining competitive advantages. A study on H&M.

each steps of project. The main purpose of this is to anticipate as many problems as possible and
plan, organise as well as control activities in order to accomplish the project is successful manner
(Center, 2013). Moreover, it is the approved documents that describe about how project is
executed, observed as well as controlled. The project plan is develop y the project manager with
the aids of their potential team and hey stakeholders. Basically, this is an approved by project
manger, functional manager who provides resources for specific project. It comprises of various
elements that has impacted the plan of project such as resources, communication, risk and others.
All of them are discussed below:
Cost: This is defined as the funds that is needed through investigator for performing
research effectively and efficiently. Moreover, this is crucial component for executing the
plan of project through which whole activities and work are done by manager. This plays
effectual role for the functioning of project plan the budget is formulated to investigation
and performing the various activities. So, the for conducting is research the researcher
will need about 15 K Euro.
Scope: The scope for performing this investigation is to analyse the effectiveness of

for performing any task effectually and efficaciously. Moreover, there are various types
of resources that are needed by researcher like capital, effective journals, human resource
and other for collection of data efficaciously for accomplishing goals. In context of
research, the resources that are utilised through project manager are time, finance,
proficient team and many more. By having appropriate resources, the project can able
perform in effective and effectual manner.
