Even interpersonal skills must be used along with communication skills at the time of having discussion within employees because it can certainly allow to bring higher diversity in the business. Academic learning was the key source for me to complete my task on given time period(Robson, 2017). CONCLUSION The finding that has been obtained from the above discussion states that any of the business can become successful only in that respective condition where they are able to use collective approach.
