data (Robson and et.al., 2020). This can be done with the help of questionnaires, polls, pre-
existing statistical data, surveys, etc. Qualitative research approach is based on certain set of
observation which has been gathered through the collection of non- numerical data. The
researcher of the study has opted for qualitative methodology approach with the help of
interviews, open ended surveys, history, focus group, content analysis, observation, etc.
Research philosophy: It is considered to be as a belief and a specific phenomenon

of data is done. This is majorly because of the fact that this helps the researcher in interpreting
the data in proper manner. This also includes the use of tables charts and graphs and this makes
the research more presentable and attractive for viewer (Ledford and Gast, 2018). Moreover,

working will not be done keeping in mind the ethical and moral issues then the research
outcomes are much better. The major ethical issue is that the research must get signed the ethical
approval and consent form from the participants. This is because for the research sometimes
