INTRODUCTION
Managing a successful business organisation consider as a critical task that need various
skills and abilities in order to conduct the independent investigations for achieving the goals and
objectives (Scott, 2017). Whereas, equality as well as diversity become inherent for all
corporations because of demographic as well as globalisation characteristics of an environment.
Every workers have different culture and background as there needs and wants are also different
that might leads in conflicts as well as stressful workplace. For this, initiatives and strategies are
required to formulate by management in order to overcome from barriers and issues as well as
develop equality working environment. In this research report a case of Bentley Motors is taken
which is a British manufacturer as well as marketers of luxury cars. It was founded in 1998 that
headquarters in England, United Kingdom. Under this report discussed about the project aims
and objectives for preparing a project management plan that includes several aspects like cost,
quality, risk and so on. Work breakdown structure as well as Gantt chart also study in order to
conduct a small scale research. Also, facilitates appropriate recommendation as well as reflection
on this project.

in order to manage their operational activities as it facilitates the reliable and detailed

personnel and provide a clear view about marketing concepts and theories.

Bentley Motors consider as a multinational company that deals in Luxury cars and
vehicles which headquarters in England, United Kingdom but having its business operations

worldwide. In order to that it become essential for the company to analyse and formulate
initiatives and strategies for managing equality as well as diversity at working place. This report
is based on the research about Bentley Motors in order to that prepare some aims and objectives.
This research is conducted appropriately in an ethical manner by following the moral principles
of an individual instead of time or places. Research ethics includes the clear objectivity,
integrity, openness, respect, confidentiality, honesty, responsible publications and so on which
helps in completing research project in an ethical and systematic manner.

According to the Ruth Mayhew (2017), equality and diversity are very different concepts
as equality refers to the concept of treating all workers with the equally consideration and
diversity means the availability of differences in the employees on the basis of generation, race,
culture as well as ethics. Whereas, as per the views of Louise Petty (2016), the main aim of
equality and diversity is to make sure that all employees access same level of opportunities and
fairly treated within an organisation. As it is essential to know about the concepts of that so a
company can operates businesses in their own policies that results in making completable
workers and maintain healthy as well as positive workplace. Also, it will assist in increasing the
efficiency level along with the productive results which will create better benchmark for their
competitors.
Possible merits and demerits of accretive workplace equality and diversity.
According to the views of Fraser Sherman (2019), in the company's workplace it needs to
recognise the talent and performance of all people regardless of their attributes like age,
nationality, gender etc. As one of the most important advantages of workplace equality is the
culture where all individual's feel valued and contribute more efforts for the performance. This
also helps in welcoming and managing diverse workers but treats them in equal manner which
makes more attraction towards the talented job candidates. But the demerits of workplace
equality is that the communication may be more tough among diverse people even all speaking
English as well as many individual suffers from the classifying about their different genders,
nationality, races etc.

organisation. A diverse sets of workers should reflect society's in which a business operates on
the basis of race, mental ability, gender etc. It is benefited for a company as it can help in
increasing the creativity by encouraging the diverse perspectives and opinions as well as have
wide range of talented pool who have different sets of ideas and thoughts. Whereas, it has many
demerits such as the communication may be negatively impacted if the workers first language is
not English. Also, it requires more time to investigate about the workers complaints towards the
adverse attitudes and harassment.

As per the views of Rose Johnson (2019), diversity at workplace comes from the hiring
of different sets of people who belongs to the different sex, age, caste, religion and so on factors.
Diverseness in an organisational working premises termed as an investment but at a same time it
mat creates huge conflicts within the workforce because of the difference in their skills, ideas as
well as thoughts that also impacts on the competitiveness of company's as well as workers.
Several kinds of issues are faced by the company due to the communicational barriers because of
language difference, varied range of thoughts for brining changes in organisation, management
of mixed sets of individual's and so on. Whereas, in the context of Bentley motors they faced
issues regarding the lack of acceptation by all employees on a single decision, barriers of
different languages and communication as well as moral principle and social differences.
