INTRODUCTION Talent management is a process that used by companies in order to retain their skilful and talented employees in the organisation. Every company considered talent management is the key component of success and growth of organisation. Talent management is not only concerned with retaining of talented employees but also it performs all functions of HR. As talent management is attracting, developing, motivating and retaining high skilled employees. It is very important for every company because as per the current scenario of business environment, it is analysed that day to day competition get rises. Due to the dynamic and competitive business environment, company needs high skilled labour so that they can use their productivity and efficiency to compete with their competitors and take a competitive advantage. It is not easy so that's why company needs strategies of talent management which helps in in reducing the complexity. In this context, Burberry is undertaken for this report. Burberry is the fashion multinational company of UK. It deals with fashion designing and distribution of clothes to public. Burberry has headquartered in London, England. This report shows important strategies which used by organisation in order to retain their high skilled employees. MAIN BODY TASK 1 P1 Aims and objectives of selected organisation. Talent management is very necessary for an organisation's success and growth. For that purpose, organisation need to make best strategies in order to cope with the challenges and problems that faced by organisations(Kremer, Villamor and Aguinis, 2019). This report is conducting a research which assistant identification and realisation of strategies that overcomes challenges such as employee’s turnover ratio, productivity and profitability. Research title: “The best strategies of talent management in order to retain and attract skilled employees in organisation.”

To determine the importance of talent management in the success and growth of organisation. To identify the challenges that faced by companies in order to retain their employees. To investigate the strategies which assist in retaining and attracting employees of talent management. Literature review According toKretovics and Eckert, 2019,Talent management is the process and which organisation performs all activities related to retaining their skilful employees. It is not just related to retaining but also is concerned with attracting skilful employees. Talent management is very necessary for all business as it assist in achievement of organisation goal and objective. It assists in achieving organisational objectives effectively and efficiently. It is analysed that competition is rising at a very fast speed so organisation should take an initiative in order to control and compete with the competitive world. It can be done with the help of adopting best strategies which assist in retaining and attracting new and existing employees. Employees are the key component of organisation that runs their business very well. This is the main reason that why organisation focus on their employees strength. If they are feeling that their employees are not satisfied that the organisation policies and culture. Then they take immediate corrective action in order to control the situation because if they are not adopting then it may reduce their productivity and profitability. P2 Performance management plan. It refers to the document in which organisation and listed all activities in order to relate employee’s performance. It guides like a road map so that organisation can achieve their goals and objectives. It can be done with the help of trying to increase the employee’s performance and productivity with the standard one(Postolov, Bardarova, MagdincevaSopova and Ristovska, 2019). If organisation want to make their performance management plan successful than the show critically analyse all the resources which they are need to complete the project. From the above discussion it is very clear that performance management plan helps in completion of the project effectively and efficiently. It consists of some important tools which are mentioned above that are scope, quality, communication and resources. P3 Gantt chart and work breakdown structure in order to complete the project. Burberry is the large fashion designing company which always make sure about their project that they should be goal oriented(Ferraris, Santoro, Bresciani and Carayannis, 2018). For
that purpose organisation makes performance management plan. In order to make successful a project they used work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. It is identified that both is a very significant role in the organisation. It can be understand with the help of separate explanation. Gantt chart Gantt chart refers to the tool that used by company in order to decide the timeline of their project(Santos, Afonseca, Lopes and Murmura, 2018). It is very necessary in order to complete the project because it guides organisation about time. Every project has some deadline in which they have to complete they are project effectively and efficiently. It is the timeline in which every activity has certain specified time which includes start and end date. It guides Burberry to complete their project with effective tools within time. Work breakdown structure In a project there are many activities that should be performed by organisation in order to complete with the achievement of aims and objectives(Luthra and Mangla, 2018). But it is analysed that employees face many problems such as burden off task, etc. Is organisation wants to make their plan successfully then they should be clear about all task without any ambiguity. It can be done with the help of following work breakdown structure. Work breakdown structure is concerned with dividing all work into smaller pieces and assigned a group so that it can complete very effectively and within time period. For the purpose of completion of this project, Burberry used some important methods which are mentioned below: Quantitative method: It refers to the method in which organisation used numeric data in order to complete this project(Suryanto, Haseeb and Hartani, 2018). It uses statistical tools and graphs which assist all person to understand the purpose of this project. It is very important for
an organisation that they should analyse the situation and done use appropriate method in order to complete the research project. Qualitativemethod:Qualitativemethodalsoplaysaveryimportantroleinthe organisation when they looking for completing the project. It is very necessary for organisation that they should take necessary corrective action when they select the method for completing the project. It consists open ended questions that taken with the help of surveys, interviews, observation, etc. Data collection method: data collection is very necessary for gathering information with related to completion of this project. There are two types of method such as primary and secondary data collection method(Lahti,Wincent and Parida, 2018). It is identified that this report used both methods. Both methods play a significant role in the organisation. The explanations of both methods are given below: Primary data collection method: It is the method in which Burberry used fresh and accurate data in order to complete this project. Primary data collection method is concerned with gathering information directly from the audiences. It assists in analysing the accurate data and gives the right result. This method is expensive and time consuming. Secondary data collection method: It is concerned with the use of already published data that is taken from newspapers, journals, books, etc. It is very effective method because it is less expensive as compared to other methods(Fleishon, Itri, Boland and Duszak Jr, 2017). It is also analyses that it is very cost effective so that's why Burberry chooses this method. But it doesn't gives accurate data as compared to primary data collection method. From the above discussion, it is identified that organisation should select appropriate method in order to complete the project. I learned that it assists in reducing the employees' turnover ratio. It is not just focusing on employees' turnover ratio but also it assist in attracting employees. I gained many things such as it helps me to enhance my time management skills. I analysed that time plays a very crucial role in the organisation. When this project assigned me then I thought I have enough time but as per the time passes I analysed I have to develop time management skills. It is very important because every project has certain timeline in which
organisation have to complete with effectiveness. Every organisation needs skilful employees so that they can improve their productivity in order to achieve their desired goals. It is very necessary for an organisation that they should focus on developing strategies in order to retain their employees. I learned that strategies play a crucial role in the success and growth of organisation as it assist in reducing the employee’s turnover ratio. I analyse that it is not just improving my professional skills but also improve personal skills. It helps me in career growth. So that's why I analyse that every person should select a certain project in order to learn something new. Organisation should take care for all their activities. I investigate primary and secondary data collection method which suggest me that how to deal with different kinds of person. I analysed that every person has different perception so that's why the organisation need to analyse their taste and preferences. CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above discussion that talent management is very necessary for the organisation goals and objective. If organisation want subject and growth in order to compete with the competitors that they should focus on improving the performance of employees. It can be done with the help of talent management and organisation which assist in attracting new skilful employees. It is not just focus in on attracting news skilful employees but also it concern with retaining the talented existing employees. It is analysed that day to day competition get rises in the fashion industry which can be deal with the help of using talent management in organisation. Talent management assist in improving the performance and productivity of employees with the help of motivation, effective leadership style, etc.
