refers as the primary obligation of the management is to effectively lead the business operations
to gain progression and success (Asrar-ul-Haq and Anwar, 2016). The report contains the study
about the need for a business to administer equality and diversity within working environment in
the manner of enhancing overall business performance. Thus, in this overall analysis is being
executed over Hennes & Mauritz, thus it is a huge Swedish worldwide apparel retail
organization, which has its significant worry over overseeing equity and decent variety with
regards to improving their tasks and movement. For overseeing fruitful business venture point
and destinations are created to direct the investigation in right manner and project management
plan has been developed through considering different aspects like scope, time, resources, cost,
quality, communication and so on, to guide the work and work break down structure and Gantt
chart has been developed to managing the entire project in appropriate way. In addition to this,
small scale investigation has been executed through the assistance of considering g qualitative or
quantitative investigation and analysis of the research has been conducted with the support of

to make changes in the possible areas to enhance business performance and reflection has been

ultimate objective and goal. A project needs to observe, directs and control the activities when
and where required. As the company H&M has taken a project for conducting a search which is
related with the topic of equality and diversity also needs proper planning and execution to
achieve the standard objective. And to make the whole project successful, it management is very
much necessary (McDaniel and Gates, 2013). There are some aspects which needs to get
considered in a project, they are as follows:
Cost: Cost is considered as a paramount factor before starting up of any project. every project
has a cost, similarly this project of conducting market research is also has a cost which is been
decided by the H&M team. For this particular project they have tried to allot 200 pounds for
conducting this project. This cost has been set after analyzing the factors which would be

research and required materials.
Time: Time refers to the total time that would be needing for conducting and competition of this
project. For this project, a time duration of a month is required (Irwin and Springgay, 2017).
Risk: Risk is the threats towards which the project is prone with. There can be risk of
manipulation of data or information, irrelevant survey or conclusion, leakages of personal data
and etc.
