INTRODUCTIONGlobalization is the extent of products, technology, information and job across nationalborders and cultures. To focus on the present report todetermine how multinational companies like Nestle, make betterment in the procedure ofrecruitment, to survive business in an effective manner. It is known as one of the leadingcompanies, which can deal with confectionery products such as baby food, chocolates, etc. inover 189 countries. Under the present report, researchers have made proper aims & objectives tohave a clear idea regarding the recruitment concept and its advantages. Additionally, scope ofproject is also defined with some recommendations to improve same more effectively. TASK 1P1 Project's aim and objectivesDue to exploding globalization, it becomes important for all types of multinationalorganization in order to make improvement in existing recruitment procedure. With respect toNestle, despite taking office building, brand or any branches as principal assets. They believe inthe social background of staff members were consisting of diversity at the workplace andworking in cooperation as an integrative corporate culture is defined as main assets. Thecompany believes that when people work together according to an organization's culture so itwill provide good results and help to attain objectives. In the present time, a company believes tohave effective human resource management so it would help to compete in a market in aneffective manner. Through HR practices Nestle seeks to make some improvements. Aim “ To identify the ways of improving recruitment, selection and training of employees bymultinational companies to meet their international requirements”. A case study on Nestle. Research Objectives – There are identified those objectives which is related to particularresearch - To understand the value of recruitment, selection and training in a multinationalorganisation. 3

To evaluate those ways which Nestle can improve their recruitment, selection andtraining of employees to meet international requirement. To recognise the importance of betterment of recruitment, selection and training of staffmembers. Research Question:Define the concept of recruitment, selection and training in international companies?Determine the ways that can help Nestle to improve their recruitment, selection andtraining of staff members to obtain their international requirements? What are the benefits of betterment of recruitment, selection and training of staffmembers? P2 Project management planTo accomplish business objectives and apply any changes, it is essential for anorganization to produce a proper project plan. Nestle seeks to modify its training, selection, andrecruitment. Therefore, research teams have been prepared for a project management plan whereprovides a blueprint of whole activities that have to be done inappropriate way (Basu, 2017) .There are mainly consist of few elements such as scope, time, resources, risk, cost andcommunication for conducting a project as explained below: Project Title:How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of theiremployees to meet International requirements?”Project Plan:Cost – It is an important element of the PMP plan where defined about the cost of a newproject and applies in the same business. Thus, to complete the present project, theresearch team require over 4000 pound. Time – The particular element connected to the period of time which is related tocompleting all activities of the project. Herein, for researchers to develop a report thatwill take over 30 weeks and to formulate new HR practices (Tidd and Bessant, 2018).Scope – There is characterized the scope of making changes into business as per theproductivity, competitiveness, and profitability. In the context, applying new humanresource practices to focus on productivity and improve according to the workplace thatwill help to achieve international requirements. It will provide help to researcher in4

getting a side over their major competitors such as Amul, Heinz, etc. According to theresearcher, it can help to intensify knowledge in the area of HR and grab the opportunityto make their career in a particular sector to get the achievement (Hillson, 2017) . Risk – If the project has no risk so there is no gain, in the reference of a particular projectmaking changes in HR practices. It may affect business strategies and the wholeworkplace. Due to any changes in recruitment and selection, it affect to cost, time andplace in directly manner.Communication – In reference to finish, all appropriate activities on time need to keeppositivity into results. It is important for the project manager to apply a method of twoway communication where both direct contact and discuss the project. In the researchprocess to invite all participants and take suggestions regarding the project. This concepts is related to divide the main activity into small parts. It considersintroduction of the project, formulation of management strategies subsequently determination ofthe particular problem (Cleden, 2017) . This will help in developing the strategies plan to executethe business activity in systematic manor by allocating the particular roles and responsibilities toevery person as per their capabilities and skills. The research team to conduct all activities use of Gantt charttechniques in order to divide task in the particular period of time. Here, 15 days are needed fordefining about the project title and needed 18 days to set objectives and aims on the basis of title.Additionally, 20 days need to prepare research methodology, 23 days for gather data of projectthen 25 days for determining the same (Jeston, 2014) . After then, 18 days to conclude andmaking recommendations on specified problem. All the processes take about 32 weeks to finishparticular project. 6
