in which it is executed, monitored , implemented and controlled. It provides a guideline
regarding time taken to finish a task and showcase every activity of an organisation. It adds

is a kind of budget which is set researcher in order to attain goals of organisation and the
investigator need to do research within the given budget. For execution of this project,
the researcher will require 110 euros.

organising work of a team into managerial actions. This method is used by project manager for
simplifying the execution of project by allocating top levels of WBS and based on this
department budgets are prepared (Kendrick, 2015). Researcher uses this method for accurately
organising project and for assigning responsibilities among project team. It also play an vital role
in estimating the cost, time and risk. Project manager uses WBS structure for illustrating the
scope of Nestle by assigning duties among project team.
