INTRODUCTION
Talent administration is considered as a process that assists in adopting a significant source

decided period of time. It is the duty of HR professional to attract and retain staff member for a
longer time period. The primary aim of management is to execute activity related to production
which will be advantageous for company. The research is depend upon the organisation is
Google. It is considered as an American multinational technology company that offer different
type of facility that is connected to internet for satisfying its customer. The organisation was
given by Larry page & Sergey Brin in 1998. The report will also offer various types of
information which is connected to objective of project administration or management plan.
Furthermore, it also offer description in respect of research methodology analysis data related to
research and also offer recommendation and selection for conducting research (Batra, 2017).
TASK 1
P1. Explain aims and objectives of research
This report will include various types of talent management and sustaining subordinates
for a longer time period. The primary purpose is to recruit staff member and make proper
government in order to success and growth of company. Moreover, the project offer information
in respect of research tool that is adopted for gathering information that assessing in completing
and finishing research in proper way. In addition to this, talent administration is considered as a
process that assists in adopting a significant source for increasing principle related to

According to point of view of (Rahim, 2017), the purpose of recruiting talented staff
member help in retaining them for a longer period of time. Therefore, the main focus is to
provide training to them to increase skill that is helpful for in retaining them for a longer period
of time.
As per viewpoint of (Turner and Lecoeuvre, 2017), there are different challenges faced
by Google in context of handling individual person within business organisation. Therefore, the
management focusing on the resolving issues during particular phase of time period.
