digital technology, it can be stated that every industry face major challenges. This is because,
changes take place with new tools and techniques. However, challenges impact negatively on the
functions and operations of industry (Majchrzak, Markus and Wareham, 2016.). Businesses are
also disrupted so that it is important to reduce these challenges with using effective tools and
techniques. Hence, it is important to create proper shape to operate resist change. Furthermore,
businesses can consider smart innovation so that technology enable to make creative results at
workplace.
Rationale
With respect to implement digital technology implementation in Marriott, it can be stated
that manager able to reduce their issues regarding different aspects such as data handling,
transformation solution, etc. (Damodaran and Burrows, 2017). In order to conduct present

P7 Reflection to take value regarding learning and performances
In accordance to managing successful business project I have learned about various
aspect of research which needs to be considered in order to manage effectiveness in change
management. From the study learned about different digital tools and their disruption in
hospitality services of Marriott Hotels. In addition, it was interesting for me to learn about
methodological tools such as research approaches, data collection, data analysis, sampling etc. It
helped me in boosting my knowledge which will assist me in future plans of research projects.
However, I feel researching on one topic is the best way to boost knowledge. In this study, the
best part of data collection from both sources that is primary and secondary.
Apart from this, I was conscious for collecting primary data but interaction with
respondents help me in boosting my knowledge and confidence which I feel it was the best part
of study. It is the most effective approach that helps the person in exploring learning via different
sources. In addition, I feel extracting information from different sources and summarizing in
simpler form which helps the person in developing learning via different available sources.
Further, I feel researching is the best ways to enhance own basic knowledge of interacting,
extracting, reading, synthesizing and summarizing. It is the source which focuses one exploring
