Background
In the different enterprises, core disruptive and transformative force is existed that is
human. When customers are disrupted, businesses are also disrupted. In order to implement
digital technology, it can be stated that every industry face major challenges. This is because,
changes take place with new tools and techniques. However, challenges impact negatively on the
functions and operations of industry (Majchrzak, Markus and Wareham, 2016.). Businesses are
also disrupted so that it is important to reduce these challenges with using effective tools and
techniques. Hence, it is important to create proper shape to operate resist change. Furthermore,
businesses can consider smart innovation so that technology enable to make creative results at
workplace.
Rationale
With respect to implement digital technology implementation in Marriott, it can be stated
that manager able to reduce their issues regarding different aspects such as data handling,
transformation solution, etc. (Damodaran and Burrows, 2017). In order to conduct present
research, challenges also identify that could be occurs in the business with implementation of
digital disruption and transformation. It assists to make solution regarding issues and problems
that occurs due to digital technological implementation. On the basis of effective results, it can
be stated that chosen enterprise able to deliver successful outcomes.

businesses. To recommend ways through major challenges of hospitality industry could be reduced
easily.

In order to consider effective project management plan, there are several tools exist that
implement to develop successful plan. With the help of planned activities and develop research,
activities determines in which researcher need to concentrate to attain desired results (Rasli,
Zulkefli and Basir, 2018). On the basis of project management plan, organisation also able to
communicate results and meet with systematic work performances. Following are certain tools
consider at workplace: Cost: In order to conduct present research, there are several activities consider by
researcher to perform functions and operations. With the help of aims and objectives,
researcher set their outcomes. Total £780 budget has been set to accomplish desired
results in the business. These amount assists to collect primary and secondary
information regarding business (Saunders and Bezzina, 2015).

Risk: In the research, limited time and cost are major risks that create negative impact on
the functions. Due to facing this issue, researcher unable to get positive responses from
their respondents. On the basis of these risks, it need to consider that proper and effective
information must be gather at workplace to attain desired results (Nakata, 2015). Scope: In order to conduct the research, there is wide scope to consider digital
technologies. Increment in revenue and profits require maintain effective functioning. As
results, innovation assists to create different strategies to target different people in
creative manner (DeTombe and Weber, 2015). Time: In order to accomplish desired results and outcomes, time is also important
consideration on which researcher need to focus. On the basis of each activity time, it can
be stated that findings will be develop successfully. There is around 2 weeks taken to
accomplish desired results (Lee, 2016). Quality: Quality is also important parameter that used by researcher to maintain standards
in results and outcomes. Hence, they need to collect primary data to obtain fresh and
relevant information in the business unit. As results, organisation able to meet with goals
and targets easily. Furthermore, secondary information also gather from proper published
resources that need to attain creative work performances. It is more suitable technique to
create systematic results (van der Rest and Schwartz, 2016). Communication: Communication is one of the important perspective that assist to
maintain more desired results at workplace. On the basis of proper communication,
researcher able to develop their successful program with different respondents. It helps to
gather relevant information in enterprise (Jung and Yoon, 2015).
Resources: With respect to focus on effective research, it can be stated that there are
different types of resources must be carry. On the basis of aims and objectives, these
informations could be gather from primary and secondary data. There are primary and
secondary information will be gather to obtain proper and effective results in the business
(Subramanian, Gunasekaran and Gao, 2016).
